Fersit House offers a quiet retreat, however it is ideally placed for hill walkers and climbers, and yet is only approx 20 minutes from the ski slopes of Nevis Range and 50 minutes from the Cairngorms.

- with Loch Ness, Ben Nevis and the Caledonian Canal within easy travelling distance makes it an ideal base for touring and exploring the Scottish Highlands.
